ParentPay Overview including Charity information

ParentPay launched in school on 30th June 2017.
All new year 3 pupils joining us each September will receive their activation letter containing their unique username and password in their New Starter Pack.  Upon receipt of these, parents are able to set up their account or add their HCJS child to another ParentPay account. If you do not receive this, please contact the school office as soon as possible.
Money for all Hot Dinners, trips, swimming and other visits are collected via ParentPay: wen no longer accept cash or cheques in school.
When an item is added to your basket you will notice upon checkout there is an option to give to charity. This is a function that is automatically added by ParentPay themselves and is to support various charities through iRoundUp. The school will not receive any of these donations. Should you wish to add any donation to iRoundUp, please be aware that ParentPay will deduct a charge + VAT to do so.
