ParentPay Overview including Charity information

ParentPay launches in school on 30th June 2017. The new year 2 pupils joining us in September will have received their activation letter containing their unique username and password in their New Starter Pack. The activation letters for current Years 3,4 and 5 will be sent home via the children on Monday 3rd July. Upon receipt of these, parents will be able to set up their account or add their HCJS child to another ParentPay account. If you do not receive this, please contact the school office as soon as possible. All Hot Dinners, trips, swimming and other visits will all be added to ParentPay as we will no longer be accepting cash or cheques in school.
When an item is added to your basket you will notice upon checkout there is an option to give to charity. This is a function that is automatically added by ParentPay themselves and is to support various charities through iRoundUp. The school will not receive any of these donations. Should you wish to add any donation to iRoundUp, please be aware that ParentPay will deduct a charge + VAT to do so.
We have added a few helpful support pages to the website but more of these can be found on ParentPay itself. Should you need any assistance with set up or payments, please feel free to contact the school office.
